Quick answer

In Cyprus you can have a single freddo espresso, frappé or even a Cypriot coffee delivered to your home or office through the Wolt, Foody and Bolt Food apps. All three operate in the main cities: Bolt Food lists Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Ayia Napa and Famagusta, and Foody says it covers all the cities of Cyprus. Chains such as Bean Bar, Costa Coffee, Caffè Nero, Starbucks and Gloria Jean's appear on the apps alongside neighbourhood cafés, and the delivery fee is shown at checkout.

  • Wolt, Foody and Bolt Food all deliver coffee in Cyprus; you order and pay in the app.
  • On the café menus we checked on Wolt in October 2026, a freddo espresso cost €2.20–€2.65 and a frappé €2.00–€2.50.
  • The Cypriot chain Bean Bar works with Wolt, Bolt and Foody, and has seven Limassol branches on Wolt.
  • Wolt and Bolt Food both let you schedule an order in advance, which helps for a set meeting time.
  • From February 2027, EU rules require takeaway outlets to fill customers' own reusable cups where hygiene allows.

Ordering one iced coffee to your desk, and having a courier bring it across town, can come as a surprise when you move to Cyprus. Here is how coffee delivery works, which apps to use, who delivers, and what is changing with takeaway cups.

What surprises newcomers about coffee delivery?

  • You can order just one coffee. Café menus on the delivery apps list single drinks at around €2–€3, from freddo espresso to frappé.
  • Even Cypriot coffee travels. A Paphos café on Wolt listed a Cypriot coffee at €1.00 in October 2026.
  • Some cafés deliver from dawn. One Nicosia café on Wolt showed delivery hours from 06:00.
  • There is an office version. Wolt at Work has been available in Cyprus since July 2022, so a company can set a budget and pay for staff orders on one monthly invoice.
  • The island gets through a lot of cups. The Keep Our Sand and Sea Plastic Free initiative told Cyprus Mail in 2024 that at least 10,000 single-use cups are thrown away every day.

We found no study of coffee delivery itself, but the drinks give a clue. Cyprus Mail notes that, with the warm climate, frappé, freddo espresso and freddo cappuccino are drunk almost all year, and iced coffee dominates everyday habits. In 2024 the Keep Our Sand and Sea Plastic Free initiative said Cyprus ranks 15th in the world for coffee consumption. New to the drinks? Start with our guide to coffee in Cyprus and how to order.

Which coffee shops deliver?

Chains. The Cypriot chain Bean Bar, owned by C.A. Papaellinas, opened its 23rd store in July 2026 and works with Wolt, Bolt and Foody; it also has its own app for pick-up orders. On Wolt we found seven Bean Bar branches in Limassol alone. Wolt's brand pages in October 2026 also listed Costa Coffee, Caffè Nero, Starbucks and Gloria Jean's in Nicosia, and Caffè Nero, Coffee Lab, Coffee Taste and Nomad Bread & Coffee in Limassol.

Neighbourhood cafés. Here are examples from the Wolt listings we opened in October 2026. Menus and hours change, so check the app.

Café Area Delivery hours on Wolt Freddo espresso Frappé Link
Sin Coffee Lakatamia, Nicosia 06:00–21:30 daily €2.50 €2.50 Wolt

How much does delivery cost?

The café pages we checked did not publish a delivery fee or minimum order, and fees depend on the app, the café and the distance. Check the delivery fee and any surcharge at checkout and compare it with the price of the coffee itself before ordering a single drink.

Tips for ordering coffee to your door

  1. Choose the sugar. If the menu item has a sugar option, pick sketo (none), metrio (medium) or glyko (sweet); if not, write it in the order note.
  2. Schedule it for a set time. Wolt and Bolt Food both let you schedule orders in advance, which is handy for a morning meeting.
  3. Order for the team in one go. With Wolt at Work, one person can order for everyone, and the company receives one invoice.
  4. Have a second app. In March 2026 a courier strike disrupted Wolt deliveries in Nicosia, Larnaca and Limassol, so it helps to have another app set up.

What is changing with takeaway cups?

Under the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (2025/40), which applies directly in Cyprus, takeaway cafés must fill customers' own clean reusable cups and containers from 12 February 2027, where hygiene requirements are met. From 12 February 2028, most will also have to offer reusable packaging, such as deposit-return cups; businesses with fewer than 10 staff and turnover or a balance sheet up to €2 million are exempt. From January 2030 single-use packaging for food and drink consumed on the premises will generally be banned. These rules cover takeaway; how they will apply to delivery had not been set out at the time of writing (October 2026).

If you pick up rather than order in, the Coffee Friends Club, run by the charity City Friends Club, offers up to 15% off at participating cafés in Limassol, Larnaca and Paphos when you bring your own cup.
