Listing your business in the directory is free. A free listing is a card in the directory with your logo, name, category, district, phone, a short description and your website address (shown as text, not as a link); it goes live as soon as you send the form. Directory + one-page info site costs €120 a year (€10 a month, billed yearly) and gives you your own page on Expatify with a clickable link to your website, plus services and prices, opening hours, a 10-photo gallery and social links. It goes live as soon as the payment is confirmed.

Everything is done from your Expatify account (sign in with your email, no password): fill in your info site, upload your banner, add your event, pick your newsletter Mondays, upload photos for your Instagram post or send the brief for your article. We review every banner, sponsorship, newsletter block, featured event and Instagram post before it goes live, usually within 1 working day, and we email you at each step. If something needs changing, we tell you what and you update it in your account.

Yes. Banners, topic and events calendar sponsorships, newsletter sponsor blocks, featured events and Instagram posts are published only after we have reviewed and approved them, usually within 1 working day. Changes you make later are reviewed too, and the approved version stays live in the meantime. Sponsored articles are reviewed by our editors before publication. A free directory listing goes live as soon as you send the form.

With Directory + one-page info site your business gets its own page on Expatify, working as a small website, with tabs for your services and prices, your company details (address and map, phone, email, website, opening hours, languages, social links) and a gallery of up to 10 photos. You edit it yourself from your Expatify account.

It pins your business at the top of its category and of the whole directory, with a gold Featured badge, a highlighted card and a place in the Featured businesses strip. There are only 6 Featured spots per category; the featured businesses of a category take turns at the very top, so each gets the best spot fairly. When a category is full you can join the waiting list.

Your brand presents one topic of our guides, for example “Healthcare guides presented by …”: your logo, one line and a link at the top of every guide in that topic and on its topic page, labelled Sponsored. Only one sponsor per topic at a time, so there is a waiting list when a topic is taken. You change the logo, line and link yourself in your account; we approve them before they are shown, usually within 1 working day.

Yes. Add them to your cart, choose monthly or yearly and automatic renewal or a one-off payment for each, and pay in one go. One-off items are paid together; each automatic renewal is its own subscription with its own consent.

Only if you choose it. At checkout you pick automatic renewal (cancel any time) and tick a box to agree to the recurring charges, or “Pay once”, with no automatic renewal. Directory + one-page info site is billed yearly. You can cancel an automatic renewal in one click in your account; what you paid for stays active until the end of the period.

Click Buy now and pay on the secure Revolut payment page by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Revolut Pay. We never see your card details. You get a confirmation email straight away, and your receipts are in your Expatify account, ready to print or save as PDF.

After payment you fill in a short brief in your account. We prepare a first draft at once, optimised for Google; you approve it or ask for changes (up to three rounds, then a writer takes over). An Expatify editor reviews it before it is published, clearly labelled as sponsored.

No. Sponsored content is always labelled, and advertisers do not decide what our guides say. Read our editorial policy for details.
