Where to shop for fashion in Nicosia
Nicosia has the widest choice on the island. Stasikratous Street is the address for designer boutiques, and it is where you will find the Nicosia branch of Luigi Loves Luisa at number 24. The multi-brand group stocks clothing, shoes and accessories for men and women, from internationally known houses as well as young designers.
A few streets away, Ledra Street and Makariou Avenue cover the international chains and big brands, and the pedestrianised southern part of Ledra is pleasant for an afternoon of browsing and coffee. Onasagorou Street in the old town is the place for textiles and handmade jewellery from small shops.
For luxury labels under one roof, Amicci opened its 700 m² Amicci Townhouse on Zenas Kanther Street in central Nicosia in December 2023; the group has sold luxury brands in Cyprus since 1982. If you prefer a mall, Nicosia Mall, the Mall of Cyprus in Latsia and the Mall of Engomi each have a good mix of fashion chains, and they are easier with children or in the heat of summer.

Where to shop for fashion in Limassol
Limassol is the island's luxury shopping centre. Makarios Avenue has designer shops and showrooms, and Anexartisias Street in the centre has more than 300 shops, many of them international brands. In the old town, the pedestrianised Agiou Andreou Street is better for local crafts, Lefkara lace and small boutique-style shops.
Limassol Marina has a compact boutique street by the water. Its directory lists concept and resortwear stores such as Après Ski and La Plage Marine, menswear from ISAIA and Via Del Mare, women's fashion at Moda In, Diesel and fine jewellery at ERA More than Gold.
Luigi Loves Luisa has two Limassol boutiques, on Lord Byron Street and at the Olympic Residences on 28th October Street. Several other Limassol boutiques sell online through the global platform Farfetch, which lists CARA, First Boutique, Anemi Brands, Kult Boutique, Jewellery Atelier, Splash by the Beach, Timinis and Luigi Loves Luisa among its Cyprus partners.
For the very top end, the Nammos Retail Village at the Parklane resort opens seasonal stores. In 2025 it announced Dior, Loewe, Loro Piana, a Bottega Veneta store and a Celine boutique run with CARA. My Mall Limassol, in Zakaki, is the city's main mall for everyday fashion.

Which multi-brand boutiques sell designer fashion in Cyprus?
Most designer labels in Cyprus are sold through a small number of family-run retail groups rather than brand-owned stores. These are the ones we could confirm:
| Boutique | Where | What you find | Link |
|---|---|---|---|
| Timinis | Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos, Ayia Napa | Designer fashion for men, women and children; founded in 1933 | timinis.com |

| CARA | Limassol | Luxury fashion; partner for the Celine boutique at Nammos Retail Village | Farfetch partners |
Timinis has seven branches and three outlets around Cyprus, so it is worth asking in store about outlet locations if you are hunting for past-season pieces.
Who are the Cypriot fashion designers to know?
Cyprus has a small but growing group of local labels, many of which sell through pop-ups, their own studios and social media rather than big shops.
- Who Made This is a contemporary fashion brand based in Limassol, with its main store in the city and pop-ups around the island. In June 2026 it presented its Spring–Summer collection at a rooftop event at NYX Hotel Limassol.
- Yiavri Mou, by Cypriot designer Anna Michaelidou, turns second-hand clothing and deadstock fabric into new, one-off pieces. It is a good example of the island's upcycling scene.
Local designers also appear at seasonal bazaars and design markets, which are announced a week or two ahead in the Cyprus Mail "what's on" pages.
Where can you buy traditional Cypriot crafts to wear?
Some of the most distinctive things you can wear in Cyprus are handmade. According to Visit Cyprus:
- Lefkara lace (Lefkaritika), embroidered by hand since Venetian times, comes from Lefkara village in Larnaca district.
- Silver filigree jewellery, made by twisting fine silver wire, is also a Lefkara speciality.
- Woven textiles with geometric designs on undyed cotton are made in Fyti, in Paphos district.
In Nicosia, the Cyprus Handicraft Centre at 186 Athalassas Avenue in Strovolos sells authentic handmade Cypriot goods. Entry is free, and Visit Cyprus lists it as open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 08:30–17:30, Wednesday 08:30–15:00 and Saturday 09:00–13:00, closed on public holidays. Hours can change, so check before you go.
When are shops open, and what are your rights when you buy?
Visit Cyprus says shops generally open between 07:00 and 21:00 from Monday to Saturday, and later on Sundays, typically from around 11:00. Some high-street shops still close on Wednesday afternoons, while shops in tourist areas often stay open late. Before Christmas and Easter shops can open longer, but must close by 18:00 on Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve and Good Friday.
On returns, the rules depend on how you buy:
- Online from an EU trader: you normally have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason.
- In a shop: exchanges or refunds for items that are not faulty depend on the shop's own policy, so ask at the till and keep your receipt.
- Faulty goods: you are protected by consumer law wherever you bought them. If a shop refuses to help, contact the Consumer Protection Service.
If you order clothes from outside the EU, such as from the UK, allow for VAT and possible customs duty on arrival. Our guide to sending parcels to Cyprus explains how it works.
Tips for fashion shopping in Cyprus
- Shop early or late in summer. Midday heat makes street shopping hard from June to September; malls are the comfortable option.
- Follow the boutiques on social media. New collections, sales and pop-ups are usually announced there first.
- Ask about sizes. Many boutiques stock European sizes, and smaller shops may carry only one or two of each piece.
- Combine shopping with a day out. A trip to Lefkara for lace and silver works well with lunch in the village.
- Look second-hand too. Vintage, charity and resale options are growing in Cyprus; see our guide to second-hand shops, charity shops and flea markets in Cyprus.
