The route passes through Tochni, Choirokoitia, Vavla, Agios Minas Monastery, Kato Drys, Skarinou, Agios Theodoros, Maroni, Psematismenos, Tochni.

• Choirokoitia Neolithic settlement (UNESCO): World Heritage Site since 1998 with five reconstructed round dwellings furnished with replica objects and an audio guide. Open daily 08:30–17:00 (16 Sep–15 Apr) and 08:30–19:30 (16 Apr–15 Sep); closed Christmas Day, New Year's Day and Orthodox Easter Sunday.
• Agios Minas Convent, Vavla: 15th-century convent mixing Byzantine and Gothic styles; the nuns paint icons and sell preserves, and the church holds two large paintings of Agios Georgios and Agios Minas dated 1757. Open daily 09:30–11:30 and afternoons (14:00–16:00 Oct–Apr, 15:00–16:30 May–Sep); free entry, modest dress required.
• Bee & Embroidery Museum, Kato Drys: Four rooms of a 300-year-old house with over 1,000 exhibits on village life and local beekeeping, plus Lefkara lace dating from 1880 in a neoclassical house of 1937. Closed Thursdays; summer 10:00–13:00 and 16:00–18:00, winter 10:00–16:00.
• Ktima Christoudia Winery, Kato Drys: Hillside winery on the 7th Wine Route offering a cellar tour and tastings.

• Cyprus Villages Traditional Houses, Tochni: Village-house complex on Mersinies Street in Tochni with an outdoor pool, restaurant and free parking, about 2.6 km from Choirokoitia.
• Our House Guesthouse, Vavla: Early-1900s stone house with three en-suite rooms round a courtyard, village breakfast included and dinner by arrangement; hosts live on site.
• Modus Vivendi, Psematismenos: Six self-catering suites round a pool terrace, open all year, with bicycles available for guests.
